DC & A Accounting contacted us in Winter 2015 regarding structural safety issues with their floor.  Upon inspection it was discovered to be a dry rot problem that had developed over several years. We offered a simple and effective plan of action to treat the damp issue. The work that was undertaken included;

  • Repair,treatment and replacement of select timber floor joists
  • Application of Hey Di K11 Tanking to existing walls to form a new damp proof barrier
  • Re-plastering of certain walls to replace damp damaged plaster
  • Full decoration of room including new carpets
